Scribbled Thoughts & Coffee

Nocturnal Trip

My heels tap against the stone beneath, City lights glisten  as the dark sky weeps.I walk the empty streets simply because one can, the echoing thunder of silence greets.

As life trickles on, hours escape my grasp. There is a moment, a second in time when life hits you. An invisible wall that holds the energy of the universe, it collides with your being, a smile creeps across your lips, you know with every ounce within, you are in the right place.

When you sit alone in a dark room, once the thundering pace of life drowns out, a sensual rhythm hypnotizes. The pulse of the universe vibrates through you. Simply stop, listen.

  5. I always look forward to your new posts. This one is just lovely and hoping I won’t be too tired to remember it when I unwind before bed and sit in a quiet room tonight.
